Gillette Madison Production Wells Drilling
Consists of the well drilling of three new wells into the Madison Aquifer for the city of Gillette, WY. The wells will be composed of 16-inch casing to an estimated depth of 2,400 feet.

Hurk Underground Technologies – Pipe Ram
Trinity Products provided 200LF of 60″ OD x 0.875″ spiralweld pipe to be installed by pipe ramming. This spiralweld pipe was installed underneath a rail road to provide proper drainage.

I-65 Louisville Interchange
The I-65 Louisville Interchange rehabilitation project involved the installation of the new I-65 Northbound cable stay bridge and new Northbound approach in Southern Indiana.
Trinity Products fabricated all materials required for the two temporary bent falsework structures.
Primary members consist of 60″OD x 1.00” spiralweld steel pipe columns meeting fracture critical requirements as well as 30″OD x .500″ and 24″OD x 0.375″ spiralweld pipe sections serving as the bracing members. Trinity Products also provided various I-Beams serving as connections / restraints for the bridge girders.

River Point – Plaza Overbuild
Trinity Products manufactured 54″, 72″ & 84″ diameter spiralweld steel pipe for drilled shaft casings as the foundation of the 46-Story Office tower located next to the Chicago river in downtown Chicago, Illinois.

West Closure Complex
Trinity Products supplied 6,000 tons of spiralweld steel pipe pile in 140 ft. lengths to build the 32 ft. tall and 225 ft. wide metal gates of the West Closure Complex, which protect the world’s largest flood pump.

Milton-Madison Bridge
Trinity Products manufactured spiralweld pipe piling for the land abutments as well as the temporary bridge structure spanning across the Ohio River located in Milton, KY and Madison, IN. Trinity also fabricated three separate barge impact frames to protect the piers during construction. For the construction of the temporary bridge, Trinity Products fabricated three pipe towers totaling 90 ft. above the normal river level to support the existing bridge.

Hulton Bridge
Trinity Products manufactured 60” diameter spiralweld steel pipe for drilled shafts casings for the foundation on the river piers. The Hulton Bridge project involves the replacement of a two lane truss bridge with a new 1,633 LF four-lane, five-span steel girder bridge erected upstream over the Allegheny River.

Dover Bridge / Access Trestle
Trinity Products manufactured 70 sections of 40′ omega beam 36×48, spending four months of coating beams with zinc oxide primer and later shipped to Baltimore, MD. McLean Contracting placed the omega beams on a barge and delivered to job site. There sections were then put in place for a 1400′ temporary access trestle bridge, allowing McLean Contracting to mobilize their cranes and machinery to move material, as well as continue construction without harming the local ecosystem.

Carver County Road 101 / Hwy 61
Trinity Products supplied over 20,000 LF of 30” OD x 0.500” spiralweld pipe to be used in a CIP pile project. Approximately 10,000 LF of these piles were galvanized, while the other half had 3” end plates attached to each pile. The project consisted of construction of a new bridge spanning the floodplain north of the Minnesota River channel as well as road reconstruction and additional improvements along Highway 61.

Upper Maline Bore
Trinity Products supplied 290 ft. of custom 73.5″ x 1.00” thick spiralweld pipe. This spiralweld pipe was installed to encase a 54” sanitary sewer line for MSD.

Martin's Point Bridge
Trinity Products manufactured 30″ OD x 0.750 spiralweld pipe piles coated with a fusion bond Epoxy for the bridge abutments. Due to requirements of Maine DOT, Trinity ground all of the outside weld bead on each piece of pipe pile for this project.

I-70 Bore
Trinity Products supplied 190 ft. 48″ OD x 0.750” thick spiralweld pipe. This spiralweld pipe was installed underneath I-70 at Mid Rivers Mall Drive to encase a 30” storm water line for MODOT.

Thomas J. Hatem Memorial Bridge
Trinity Products manufactured spiralweld pipe piles and attached WOF-XL and WOM-XL connectors for the pipe-to-pipe combi-wall as the cofferdams for the Thomas J. Hatem Memorial Bridge crossing the Susquehanna River in Perryville, Maryland.
